Buying Snow White's Cottage

Today we got to walk through our soon-to-be house. Inspections are over, so we’re just waiting out the rest of escrow. Gah, can’t wait!

Escrow is stressful, especially when you’re buying an 86-year-old home. Older houses have such solid bones, but you can run into some issues during the home inspection. Mold, rot, etc. But not this time!

We’re so excited to be the next family to love on and preserve this home’s history. Vintage houses are so cool.

Love the new house! So cute. I know exactly where this is too! It’s a nice walk from our house so I see some play-dates with the girls in the future : )

Well, I wouldn’t say planned, but we’re hoping to go sometime during the first half of 2014. I’ll keep you posted. Good luck with the big move! In which city is Snow white’s cottage, by the way?
